These are just a few of the testimonials from my students. 

Angela Moer - My son has really been enjoying his electric guitar lessons with Maria.   She does a great job finding music he enjoys playing while also challenging him.   As a fellow music educator I appreciate the challenge she presents in songs she assigns but the encouragement she gives as the student works through the challenge.  Her enthusiasm and encouragement during lessons is excellent!  In just a few months my son has grown greatly in his guitar playing.  She is a musician that knows how to teach others to become better musicians.   AND she is FUN!

Sarah Becker-Maria is so much fun and great with our kiddo. I just assumed beginner guitar would be repeating notes and scales, but within weeks our nine-year-old was filling our house with the sounds of the Beatles, Clapton, Roy Orbison... and on electric! We love it and we love seeing him so proud of his progress!

Amy Anderson -My thirteen year old daughter has been taking ukulele lessons with Maria Wilson since March.  My daughter had tried to teach herself, and it was very frustrating.  Maria has made the ukulele come alive for my daughter.  She allows my daughter to learn by playing music she chooses, which allows her to connect to the music.  In this short time, my daughter has gone from not being able to play a chord, to playing full songs.  She is also currently teaching my daughter to compose her own music, and write songs.  I cannot recommend Maria enough!  She has taken my novice daughter, and given her the confidence and skill to learn to play the ukulele beautifully.
